Go to a CC, claim yourself on your taxes so you can get practically free schooling thanks to fafsa (assuming that you don't make a lot of money), figure out what you want to do during your time at the CC, claim that major, transfer to a good 4 year, and try to get as much covered by aid/scholarships. Don't ever go over four figures in debt.
