So a few weeks back I went to an indie comic convention and I met Matt Furie the creator of the comic Boy Club, and creator of Pepe the frog, I got his book and he drew a couple one of a kind Pepes just for me. I'll post more pics if requested.

He actually had a panel about that, he said it's incredibly strange, but he likes that his work is gaining popularity. There was even a mention of people contacting him asking for permission to print off one off shirts for themselves. Strangely he said that he gave people permission BUT ONLY if they sent him a shirt from their highschool club (like a band shirt or a anime club shirt or whatever)
He said he has over 50 club shirts now.

Yeah, he mentioned being interviewed about it before in the panel. I swear to god, he is no different than a lot of us robots. He is a very strange individual sometimes almost cringeworthy to be around. Kinda gives me hope in a way haha

You don't need permission to print shirts for yourself. As long as they just for yourself and you are not selling them you can make shirts of literally anything; trademarks, logos, artwork, whatever. You can even make an exact copy of a shirt you like and then print it for yourself.
