I used to be an Auschwitz skelly, now I'm just a normal skelly pretty much. 5'10", 141-143lbs, 7%BF.
Overall it's not all that bad, but I find puny 12" arms are pathetic beyond words. Supposedly it generally takes 10-20lbs worth of lean muscle for every inch gain on the arms if not purely focusing on arms, and I wouldn't be surprised if it takes 5-10 with focus. That's an amount of gains that'd take half a year if very lucky, more likely closer to a year and assuming proper diet and workout.
Not to mention the amount of time/energy needed 3+ times a week to not lose that mere 1 inch and revert back to my current 12".

It's nice not having to worry about getting fat, granted, but in terms of gains/working out it makes it too challenging to stick with as working out is not a hobby of mine to begin with.

It was relatively easy when I was still in school. The cafeteria was basically a buffet and I could eat a lot without having to worry about spending too much on food. Now I'm out of school and have to pay close attention to what food I'm buying. Meats are insanely expensive in my country too.

Yes, that is what i started at. Now when i go gym i notice i out lift a lot of the people there, especially bigger guys which makes me laugh. SS = starting strength as the name implies and is a beginners routine.

I've had lots of retards especially ones that don't go gym watching me do pull-ups at work for example, telling me to step aside and that they want to do them. While always failing and not even able to do a single rep while i pumped out 4x10. Only for them to make an excuse and say they hurt themselves that same day.

Easiest way is whole milk. It's a lot easier to force yourself to drink liquid than to forcibly chew food and swallow it. The purpose of milk is for fattening up baby cows. You could also make some protein shakes in a blender with peanut butter/milk/powder/chocolate syrup/whatever you want.

Besides that, pizza, hamburgers, steak, breaded chicken, cheesesteaks, peanut butter, fried rice.

Don't eat things with low calories in regard to size / how filling it is.

Don't do cardio. Don't take stimulants that might suppress your appetite (caffeine, bronkaid/sudafed, Adderall).

You could theoretically take anti-thyroid medication which would slow your metabolism down. Or maybe get checked for hyperthyroidism.

Force yourself to drink a few glasses of milk every night before bed.

Or be happy that you have your problem instead of being unable to lose weight, which is much worse.
