>start working
>always tired as fuck after work even if i finish 3pm and i start 7
>cant contribute to conversations, head feels slow.
>fallen to the energy drink jew and always drink one before a workout that's how depleted i am of energy
being a wage slave is the worst thing ever and does nothing but make you miserable.

seconded
why the fuck cant I start a reasonable time
>>29183336
Sometimes i start 12 and i still feel tired as fuck after work. Litrelly fuck work.
>>29183324
You feel drained because your body has adjusted itself to the energy drinks. You should wean yourself off of them
>>29183459
I only started drinking them this week. I'm not hitting squats 3 x a week at 130kg with no energy.
>>29183459
>>29183479
Listen to this. I started with one every few weeks and ended up at 3 a day, your body feels like it's being deprived when you don't have it and deprived when you do have it. It stops working and you just feel a constant crash
>>29183516
i only drink it before a workout. How else am i supposed to fucking squats 3 x a week.
>>29183625
Just warning you about how addictive it can become. If it takes that to squat 3 times a week you're probably not eating/sleeping right to recover quickly enough or overdoing it.
>>29183665
>takes that
you act like 130kg 5x5 each session is "light work". Mixed in with 1x5 170kg DL.
>>29183721
Then perhaps you should stop being a pussy and just push through it like any grown man that lifts regularly.
>>29183757
Any given man that lifts regularly takes supplements to boost his energy like C4.
>>29183781
Lol, speak for yourself.
Just eat you colossal faggot. Cook/grill some chicken, shitton of veggies for salad and eat like a motherfucker before a workout/work/anything.
Nothing recovers stamina/fatigue like proper meal.
Energy drinks are sugary shit, drink tea or take coffeeine tablets, granola bars, whatever.
>poorfag tier
>be runner
>used to not drink energy drinks
>run excellent times
>started drinking energy drinks
>times went down (loss an average of 7 minutes on half marathons, 30 on marathons)
>decided to stop
>times improve
>decide to try again for experimentation
>times go down
>continue ABAB experiment several times to eliminate other potential confounding variables
>same results
Poor methodology since I am the test subject, but I think I can replicate this woth others.
In other words: don't do it unless you have to. The only reason a coworker of mine drinks them is because it works best on her migrains than anything else--even better than prescriptions.
