Listen to this. I started with one every few weeks and ended up at 3 a day, your body feels like it's being deprived when you don't have it and deprived when you do have it. It stops working and you just feel a constant crash

Just warning you about how addictive it can become. If it takes that to squat 3 times a week you're probably not eating/sleeping right to recover quickly enough or overdoing it.

Nothing recovers stamina/fatigue like proper meal.

Energy drinks are sugary shit, drink tea or take coffeeine tablets, granola bars, whatever.

Poor methodology since I am the test subject, but I think I can replicate this woth others.

In other words: don't do it unless you have to. The only reason a coworker of mine drinks them is because it works best on her migrains than anything else--even better than prescriptions.
