I sometimes wonder our grasp on reality without modern technology, makes me wonder how'd we live our lives

Yes. We would have been more forced to integrate into our local communities.
Hobbies would've been more mainstream. We wouldn't look that different from other people. We would have jumped at the rare opportunity to do something edgy or 'underground' so we could get away from the mainstream once in a while.

Probably model trains and ham radio or some other autistic endeavour to escape the pressure of real life. Maybe get stoned and listen to prog rock. IDK
