I did a year about 2 years ago. For the most part it's a meme but it will teach you willpower and how to ignore temptation. The year I did it I moved out of my parents basement, bought a house and went on a overseas holiday by myself but it doesn't give you magical powers with women like some claim.

Slept less but felt more energized. Slightly more ADHD prone but a fucking lot of energy, sometimes to the point of it being unmanageable.

Less acne, too. Not claiming that there's a connection, but that's what I found during the countless times I've attempted NoFap.

Used to fap to a lot of trap/bbc cuck shit. I knew (personally) it's a myth: black guys aren't hung anymore than anyone else and traps are ugly as fuck in person.

After quitting I guess it fixed my anxiety. Wasn't always feeling inferior subconsciously or worrying about people finding out what I jerk it too. But idk if quitting was actually the best solution cause I still occasionally jerk it to that shit with 0 problems. Might've just been the high benzo prescription
