Division by zero is undefined. You can play with the equations to make it look like it equals whatever you want it to equal; that doesn't make the results mathematically valid.

X^2-Y^2 = (X+Y)*(X-Y)
Multiplying that out you get
X^2+XY-XY+Y^2
Effectively the same with the tens but a bit BS. That is ultimately why you can't decide by zero is because you can make it anything.
0 divided by 0 is 0 for there is nothing to divided nor to be divided by.
