Why the hell would he use meditation and mindfulness while fapping? The concept is to focus on only breathing and concentrate on how your body moves when trying to remain still, and then readjusting back to the meditation posture. The same with thoughts, after each breath if you catch yourself going over ten on count you stop and start over. The concept is to be aware while not being aware. That makes no sense anon, you've clearly never actually meditated and have no clue what you're talking about. Mindfulness meditation is for correcting yourself and loosing worldly focus by looking inwards, it does not get you high... wtf

good points anon. maybe im using the wrong terms. you can use meditative style practice to focus on any visuals or sound - the breath is just one example, so you use that to hyper focus on the porn, the girls moans..etc, then your mind doesn't wander as much
