Chances are you have multiple mental illnesses and a very easily influenced mind. You probably spend a lot of time on the internet looking at or discussing taboo/odd things, one of them being trannies. I used meetup.com to find support groups. I travel 2 hours each way to get to my weekly autism support group.
I'm still suicidal, but the group has given me a lot of hope I've never had before.
I know, different, but no one believes what I am or sees it.
Also, therapist, like psychologist, is a good supoort. If you've been through trauma, you might be able to find free therapy. I just got a 2nd therapist that way. My reg therapist cut me down to every 2 weeks. I need more help.
Also, free/low income therapists are available.

... however, I want to tell you that it'll be okay. Coming out is fucking hard, and being in the closet about something so extreme is hard too. It's best to wait until you're 100% sure its gender dysphoria and not just a socially-developed hangup regarding gender, and it seems you've figured that out. Here's what I reccomend you do:
1. Refrain from trying to "just be a man". I did this, it never works, and it makes you feel worse.
2. Try to find a therapist, but this may not work.
3. You can start to change your body to mitigate dysphoria right now. Lose weight if youre fat, take care of yourself, and keep yourself groomed. Hell, you can even try and get HRT if you can find a way to do it discreetly.
4. Get in a position in your life where you can come out. If this means leaving your parents house or getting a new job, so be it. This is probably the hardest step.
5. When you're on your feet and supporting yourself, or have someone supporting you who you know you can confide in, then you can come out.
6. Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Speak however makes you feel okay with your voice. Congrats, you're on the path to being at peace with yourself. Its a long journey but its the only way you'll be happy with yourself.
