Don't know if it was really aimed to me since it kind of seems out of place but whatever I understand your feel. Whether I eat one time/day or 3 times I don't really see difference. I've been eating once a day or less for more than 5 years.

Since I took a new start I don't really know when to eat since I'm never really hungry.

i started frying chicken and eggplant and eating lots of spaghetti. in the mornings for breakfast I'd often make grill cheese with a hole cut in the middle for two egg, can also do the same with burgers and it's great. if you want something you can make without much hassle, tuna sandwiches with curry powder and dijon mustard is pretty great. skies the limit once you get in the kitchen. i really like cooking because it feels like im in a cooking manga.

So you built a strength base and then moved on to high repetition callisthenics and dieted, you'd probably get better overall results if you added in weight exercises now.

The only people who have issues with body weight programs are fat as fatass powerlifters and even some of them advocate adding in more bodyweight exercises (Jim Wendler)

literally any other exercise but deadlift would be a more efficient use of energy if you're trying to get any type of visual muscle growth.
