Im planning on doing one. Trying to lose about 25 kg. Do you guys think it possible go do that in a month?

Only if you are a woman, because you will lose more muscle than fat, and if you are a woman you probably want to lose both. I think that is rediculous and unhealthy, but that is what women are so I can help them with that. It's called a crash diet, written of by manic bipolar genius nutritionist Layne Norton who also doesn't recommend doing it. But you can do it in a way that minimizes muscle loss, which is what he writes about. Look up crash dieting. It's probably not for you and if you are in the 90% you will probably gain that weight right back.

This works for men, the idea is to lose as much fat as quickly as possible while maintaining as much muscle as possible. You will lose muscle. If you are obese then stop worrying about losing some muscle and just lose the fat. Lyle McDonald, get a book by him.

Remember, if you do this you cannot go back to your old eating habits. Once you go back to your old eating habits, surprise! You gain the weight back. You will have to loosely track your calories, which is not hard to do once you get the hang of it, for the rest of the time you wish to remain healthy.

Used to have an athletic body 155lbs. Became a lazy fuck and ballooned to 200 lbs. Ate 1 normal sized meal a day and only drank water and black coffee for 3 months and went back to my original weight which has now remained constant for 2 years. I did allow myself 1 cheat day a week where I'd eat 2 normal sized meals.

Just chug coffee and water when you get hungry and distract yourself with addictive vidya.

Read the articles of Lyle McDonald and please don't listen to random anons on the internet for advice in the future. Find the specialists, find the geniuses, and listen to them. No you will not be on a 0 calorie diet. Read the articles, and I believe this book is the one to which I was refering to when I was talking about crash dieting. I actually am studying to become a personal trainer and I can tell you that the "you'll lose muscle and fat" thing is nonsense. Fat is stored SPECIFICALLY to be used when you are unable to eat for a certain period of time. Your body will not start consuming muscle until it's down to the last few essential fats in your body i.e. the ones that surround and protect your internal organs. Once it gets to that point, your body will choose to consume muscle over that fat as that fat is essential to survival.

However, if you are overweight or obese, you do not need to worry about "losing your muscle" as that's simply not how things work.

I wouldn't advise this as it's tough on your body, but I will admit I fasted for 2 weeks to lose some excess fat and while difficult, it did work very well. If you really, really need to lose the weight fast, be sure to take your vitamins each day, and drink a lot of water. You will succeed and be fine so long as you don't keep going after your fat is gone. Good luck!

what happened is that i lost 20 pounds and then gained it right back because i started binge eating
it was almost uncanny how my urge to binge stopped the instant i was back to my original weight
"survival mode" is real and starving yourself will put you in it
0 calorie is great to lose a ton of weight in a month, but it's really really bad for sustained weight loss, and by bad i mean it won't work unless you have amphetamines or cocaine

I lost about 80 pounds in 6 months thru starvation. It wasn't voluntary tho. Alot of days I'd be able to eat a potato or a few pieces of bread. Like once or twice a week I was able to eat an actual meal tho. But that's a shitty way to lose weight. You feel within an inch of death and can hardly move
