I have unilateral pubertal gyno and was always self conscious. It's less noticeable after gaining a little weight. My case was very mild though. I almost think the lump has shrunk over the years. Some mornings it is tender and will be tingly a couple days but then go back to being unnoticeable with clothes on. /fit/ says it's permanent but some months I can hardly feel it while others it is very firm and easily palpated. I'm currently 142lbs at 6'2. At my lightest I was 120, heaviest at 165 and ss+gomad memeing. I want to roid because I'm sick of being tiny. I have a feeling I'm predisposed to estro shit though. Why can't they just make actually good sarms? I just want a single pill that makes me gain weight like crazy with a 6icks pack and throbbing veins all over.

I'm guessing it would decrease. Fat is where testosterone is converted to estrogen, so the body would see estrogen drop and then decrease testosterone. Testosterone also preserves mass and isn't that big of a deal if starving. If you go Holocaust mode testosterone levels would be in the basement ovens. If not in a healthy body weight range then hormone profiles would likely improve closer to ideal as weight abnormality is corrected.

A lot depends on the kind of gyno. It can be made up of primarily fat-cells, breast tissue, or a mix of the two. Breast tissue is the stuff that doesn't go away.
A common way to get the breast tissue dealio, is to be obese through one's youth. As you get older, and finish up puberty, the fat is gradually replaced with breast tissue

That's exactly the main problem with breast-tissue gyno. Yeah you can lose weight, but if it's breast tissue, your B-cups will simply jump up to C-cups, because they stayed the same size while the rest of your body shrunk. There's a good chance they'd be even bigger if you lifted weights, because the muscle would push them out even more
