No they aren't, they are prone to using improper technique, or not getting the proper rest/recovery time they need or decent nutrition.

The human body is a well oiled machine when you treat it right. If you actually get injured to take the proper steps to recover from the injury and push on, most people feel a little pain but don't know the difference between being sore and being injured. They are two different things.

I have a big heart :c specialist told me to fuck off with that gym shit. I said I'm sick of being skinny and Arnold had a fucked up heart but still lifted. I said that after I left and didn't go to follow up appointments. Apparently tiny hearts are a good thing. Professional athletes consistently getting injured is ALWAYS a result of over-training or the punishing nature of the sport they play, not proof that you can't exercise because muh genetics.
Rafael Nadal is the perfect example. He's quite possibly the greatest tennis player who ever lived and is almost always recovering from one injury or another, and both of these are because he trains and competes CONSTANTLY. Nothing to do with genetics, he's literally just choosing to exercise more than any person should, which qualifies as improper technique.

Lol, yes it takes a long time to naturally get really strong, nobody said otherwise. People lift for years and eat very well to get amazing bodies, and less people do steroids than you think.

You can probably get a great magazine cover body in a year and 1/2 of dedicated lifting and eating right. It will take many more years to get a like 500lb squat or 385lb bench. You will still look good with a 225lb bench.
