I haven't read the manga or LN, should I? Really enjoyed the anime.
Watched the anime, read the LN, didn't read the manga.
I thought they were both good, but the LN felt more cohesive. The anime introduces a lot of filler which I didn't really like.

The LN is very different and much darker. It goes in depth about his attraction to underage girls and the drugs he uses et cetera.

The manga is probably the most different of the three. Both manga and book though are considerably different than the Anime.
I havent read the book yet, but if you chose to read the manga, its probably best to drop everything you know about Mizaki. Its so different shes like a whole different character

There is one noticable difference in the book and in the anime that really demonstrates well how different she is.
In the anime it is revealed that shewas frequently beaten by her father, and because of that her arms are full of scars and marks
In the manga however, you find outthat she inflicted all the marks and scars to herself for attention. Her father was never actually abusive

Light novel is easily the best in my opinion. Anime is great too and its something I watch once a year. Cant be arsed to read the manga again.
Light novel feels much darker overall and I guess I prefer it because of that.
