I'd like to go outside for once. What do people do outside in their towns when they have no one and no car?
Just walk around and shit. If there are sidewalks, start there.. just look atound, see goofy stuff and homeless people, maybe see some animals, maybe find cool place to buy food or something.
The park, water fronts, arcades, playgrounds are probably not your best bet until you get acclimated to being around people.
Remember youe room is only a few minutes walk back if it gets scary
Venture into some nature and read a book

Why don't you go visit some old people? They're usually lonely and you could learn a lot from them.

I go to a forested area close by. There's a bench there some distance away from the big path which I go sit on, or lie down looking up at the sky, or pace around it nervously or angrily. There is also a store close by which I go to often for snacks or soda or household things. I've been doing it for years, several times a week. It annoys me somewhat that the employees there see me so often and probably assume things about me.
I can't walk very long on streets where there are people and cars drive by, so when walk along the streets I only do it at night.
