i'm a complete shut in and hardly ever get any excercise but i'm a healthy weight
i literally do nothing but sit at my computer all day
just don't fucking eat so god damn much and eat healthier foods

You may think that you're healthier than fatties, but you're not. Everyone pays for being inactive, some with more obvious physical displays than others.

To me, eating is just a biological function. It's just fuel for your body, the only thing that matters is the quality, so it's easy not to be fat.
Other people really really really llike eating though. Sucks for them. But hey, maybe they have an easier time resisting drugs. Most people have at least one weakness.
