yes and i like exercise but i never do eating healthy and exercising at the same time, i suck too much at life, im addicted to junk food and too stupid to learn how to cook

and diet is more important than exercise so its like why even try I have to suffer at least a year or two of calorific deficit just to look normal so that then I can hit the weights
