here's what I have to say about fembots.

This is pretty much the only way to create a fembot:

1) low social intelligence through social isolation or disorders like autism
2) isolation from female peers
3) childhood figures like parents, relatives, or teachers not coddling the female child
4) ugly looks, either facial or weight
5) unsexualized preference for male peers at an early age
6) hormone disorders like low estrogen, high testosterone, etc
7) freely learns adult materials (not porn, just news and literature for adults) in childhood

A good combination of that will create a true fembot.
