Who else has a low libido due to antidepressants? I rarely feel the need to masturbate and I just don't think about sex as much as normal people do. Even when I think about sex or watch porn, I find hard to become aroused.
Does it have to do with the antidepressants I take? Does it have to do with the fact that I have a low self-esteem and hate my body and the way I look? What's even a normal libido? How many times do you think about sex/ masturbate?

I take antidepressants (for suicidal thoughts and sadness) and wellbutrin (bupropion). I still find it hard to 'get hard'. Nonetheless, I don't masturbate that often and also don't think about sex that much. Maybe it has to do with my low self-esteem as I don't believe anyone would enjoy having sex with me? Maybe it has to do with the antidepressants I take? Maybe I'm too rational and think about non-sense when I'm watching porn and get self-conscious about the way I look? I dunno. It's probably this. When I mood is down I won't masturbate for days but if I'm feeling normal then I'll go 2x/day. Especially when I was solely on wellbutrin because I had a lot more energy and was constantly horny

I am not depressed, because of that and I don't think you can get depressions just because of that
