my solution is to find a big belly gf because their tummies make the ideal pillows.
They are warm, firm enough to support your neck and soft enough not to increase your intra-ocular pressure.

Yeah the insert is shitty in terms of comfort and pretty much brown. Although I regularly change the outer cover, I haven't washed the insert in quite a while.
