The Messerschmitt ME 262 was a jet plane that was fielded late into the war, and had high take down ratios to planes lost.

The pre-war USSR wasn't the only country inclided under Generalplan Ost. Poland, the Baltic States, and Czechoslovakia were as well. Not to mention the Slavs and Jews living in eastern Germany that were also included under the plan. The total number of people involved would have been over 200 million.

Russia had been infiltrating pan-slavic (i.e. pro-Russian) movements in Eastern Europe as a means of lubricating their soviet expansion. Hollywood did something similar in expanding American influence abroad. Germany did not have the man-power to man the infrastructure in eastern europe, so the idea of expunging them is laughable. What Germany wanted to do is remove these pro-Russian influences that enforced the Russian language into the corrupt Soviet puppet states and attempted to destroy local culture.

I think the more interesting thing would be to consider what would have happened if Hitler didn't invade Poland. If he would have made peace with Chamberlain when he'd have the chance I think Europe would be a lot better off, and America would be different as well.
Japan might still be the dominant force in that region, and China would definitely never have become a communist state.
It's important to remember that if you remove the racial-superiority aspect of the ideology it encompases elements of socialism and conservatism that would make for a good blend in today's world.

From the perspective of the German worker national socialism would be preferable to American style capitalism.
