Believe whatever youre told tho....fats makes ppl fat too.
Either way im still blessed with a muscled ripped lean body. That apparently needs tons of calories so I can eat basicly whatever.

Eat 4000-5000 calories a day and lets see if you still have a six pack in a month

by the way a mcdonalds meal is about 500-600 calories for reference.
