I actually like studying literature and I'm a math/cs undergrad, but I think I'm pretty much alone on that account in my peer group.
I'd venture that it's because literature courses feel so insubstantial and, for the lack of a better term, bullshit-based. It can be fun and interesting, though.

Look this is easy.
Intro: Explain the problem. State your thesis. Summarize your three key arguments. Lead in to argument 1.
Argument 1: Evidence 1, 2, 3. Lead into argument 2.
Argument 2: Evidence 1, 2, 3. Lead into conclusion.
Conclusion: Summarize arguments explaining how they defend your thesis statement. Then summarize all that as succinctly as possible in one or two lines for the finish.
Add arguments as needed.
