I started it almost a week ago, I've been anergic and apathetic for so many years now, and I heard that the amount of testosterone that I burn masturbating could be the cause of it.
I don't know if it really works, but I want to give it a chance, I have nothing to lose.
Not masturbating is suffering, but I like to challange myself, and this is turning to be more fun than I expected.
What's your opinion on Nofap, robots? Have you ever tried, and would you ever consider trying?
Idk I've gone like 3 weeks before. Obvivously you'll feel more horny which could act as a motivator to be more flirty and talkative to women. But I think I thought about sex less but when you see a girl that really turns you on or porn or something it will be really hard not to jerk off.
Quitting faapin is best decision of my life, but it took me several years of struggling with severe addiction to hit, often fapping several times a day and/or edging to adult content for several HOURS a day. Until 2 months ago longest I managed without fapping was 24 days. I rarely ever go to porn tube sites anymore, but I am lax about things like browsing /s/ and similar type image blogs singe my problem was the fapping itself, and the addiction is fully broken such that nothing can tempt me to fap anymore. If you had more of a porn problem then what is often suggested is that if you can only fap once and no more, do that but never look at pornography.

I usually fap once a day. Use to do it twice but as I got older it became too much for me.
Sometimes I'll go 3 or 4 days without fapping just to have a great orgasm.

Out of curiousity in determining what seperates problem masturbators from normal masturbatiors, how do you only fap once a day? Do you feel satiated afterward, have a long refractory period, too tired, have self control?

I like to edge for an hour or two. Sometimes longer if I'm really horny.
After I finish I roll over and go to sleep.
Tbh it's more of a habit than anything. I'm usually not very horny when I fap but it helps me sleep and I enjoy doing it.
