So how much of a turn off are big noses, really? For me it's like:

Big noses, in general, are a bimorphic trait. Men have big noses, women have small noses. It's testosterone in most instances responsible for enlarging the nose, and men with large noses are more masculine. I'm a white male with a potato-ish nose that has a lot of acne scars from a few years ago. Other looks are pretty average I guess, but bad skin and a big nose probably makes me look weird to some people.
I have no problems with girls though, I don't think I'd be good at hitting on random girls but every girl in my circle of acquaintances likes me and I even have two romantic options, all with girls that I'd consider pretty. It's really not too hard as a white guy, but that may just be my experience.
Take this as a guide:
If your head is really small and your nose is very large you should get a nosejob because those two don't really fit together
Normal or somewhat larger head: a big nose is fine unless it is SUPER crooked or fucked up
Generally, don't think about nose jobs only because your nose is large. If it's crooked or flat or fat maybe. But the most important thing is the nose-to-head ratio.

Trade off for a tanned skin in the long run is signs of aging showing up earlier.
Instead eat sweet potatoes and carrots. No you won't turn in to an oompla loompa but the beta carotene gives you a light orange-ish tint which not only looks better but is actually good for your skin unlike constant tanning.

From that angle it's hard to say considering there's also some lens distortion going on. But I'll have a go.
Judging by the shape of your tip you most likely have a thick skinned nose. Meaning you will never get a super defined tip as the skin laying over the bone and cartilage is thicker than your average nose. Genetic, nothing you can do about it. You'd need a very experienced surgeon (and more expensive) to do it because you don't wanna end up with a pinched nose.
That said, again the angle might be misleading, but your nose is a little on the long side and the hump on your bridge and the shape of the tip balance it out by make it seem shorter.
Its not a good thing, you need a god tier jaw and high cheekbones to pull it off. However most guys that think they have big noses really don't. Just because you don't have a girly little slope nose does not mean you have a bird beak.
