I've an interview for a web development job this Wednesday.

I lied in my resume. Put a lot of fake job experiences, and overstated my skills. The job description was "entry level Python web developer". I could get either rejected for being a lying fuck, or pass the interview and wing my way around (basically "fake it till you make it").

I'm in a tight pinch in life, I desperately need a job but I don't want to go back to minimal wage jobs. Wish me luck.

Why would you lie to get an entry level job? I told my boss I had no experience and he hired me but declined the applicants who talked themselves up.

If you faked work experiences with no referee, you should be alright
Not ideal but a lot of people do it.
