If you sleep enough, eat properly, exercise, and get enough sunlight (you probably don't) you're most likely depressed and need to do some soul-searching to figure out why. Get a different hobby or some kind of creative outlet, don't just play video games all day. Start making simple paintings or get some music making software, something like that.
Also, make sure you confront things or people in your life that bother you. If you just try to ignore it, eventually you stop feeling anything as much because you don't want to feel bad.
