Actually, someone who had to learn how to eat right lives longer and healthier, you might get gout and diabetes and not even know there was something wrong to begin with. i never thought i ate that much, i'll eat like two slices of a large pizza and be pretty much full. however, i've cut out soda from my diet and i've been losing weight like nobody's business without really changing anything else. soda is absolutely nuts with the calories to nutrition ratio, i would advise anyone wanting to lose weight to stop drinking it immediately. i don't really miss it either, if i have some on occasion it's too sweet and harsh to me. been drinking coffee and water instead. coffee is a much better drink, i look forward to it every day. tl;dr: not jealous as i'm not a glutton, just lazy and previously had too much sugar intake
