Hachiman is the main character of Yahari ore no seishun love kome wa machigatteiru, better known as Yagari/Oregairu.
The anime is THE slice of life, I don't like them but this one was really on a different level.
Hachiman has probably the biggest robot behaviour I've ever seen; he's not a real robot/hikikomori, but I found him more credible and relatable than other "hikis".
I greatly recommend to see the anime, season 1 was probably my favourite anime ever. Season 2 still good, but the plot goes in a different direction.
About your choice, I really liked Jintan, but I found Ano Hana too forced to make dem feels. Still a nice show tho

Since Danganronpa counts as anime I'd say Byakuya, in the first and second.
He's somebody who knows he's going to be mega-Chad but wants even more, so he became a narcissist and fucked with moralfag roachies for fun.
In the second game he's pretty cool too but based in a different way, being much less of an ass and arrogant.
In the first game he's a very realistic and justified asshole, in the second he's just confident.
