The only thing that worked for me is to stop caring and just go about doing semi-productive shit. Got an average job and had average hobbies, both of which brought me out of my shell. By no means was I slingin' dick like a meth hound, but I did eventually get talking with some solid 6/soft 7s (fuck you Fantano) who I worked with/hung out with through hobby friends, and now I've slept with a whopping 2 chicks at the ripe old age of 23.
Could be worse.
