Anyone else here literally eat these by the container. Skip meals all the time and no money for candy, but my mum gave me a few containers of these babies when I moved away and I just sit at my desk eating them.

For adults, the recommended dietary reference intake for vitamin C is 65 to 90 milligrams (mg) a day, and the upper limit is 2,000 mg a day. Although too much dietary vitamin C is unlikely to be harmful, megadoses of vitamin C supplements may cause:
Diarrhea
Brainfog
Nausea
Vomiting
Hyperglycemia
Heartburn
Diabetes, type 1
Cardiac arrest
Abdominal bloating and cramps
Headache
Insomnia
Arrested development and mental retardation
Kidney stones
Stomach ulcers
Remember, for most people, a healthy diet provides an adequate amount of vitamin C.

they are orange flavoured vitamin C tablets. they chewable and meant to give people their daily intake of vitamin C, but they taste really good. Other brands and vitamins which taste go are substitutable, but this is my brand of choice in Australia.

They're expensive, though.
