ive been on prednisone and i cant sleep
been up like 3 days. havent showered in a few weeks.

I honestly have no idea. I use to be the type of person who showered daily or else I would smell like shit.
Then I got severe depression and slowly took less showers. Started at every e says to every week and so on until I hadn't washed my hair or body for 2 months.
My skin felt bumpy and shit and of course my hair smelled bad. I took a long hot shower, then showered the very next week to get my skin smooth again.
Then winter hit and I was still depressed and always exhausted going on 2+ hour commutes to school and didn't shower for weeks at a time. Nobody ever treated me like a disgusting monster or told me anything. People actually walked with me out of their own choice (i didn't follow them) or talked to me for assignments. I even got numbers (again for assignments but it's not like they were strained being near me, I would notice. Everyone was relaxed like typical normies)
If it helps I limit my physical movement severely and make sure I don't sweat while I am awake, also cut my hair so it doesn't get as oily and smelly when I didn't wash it. (3 weeks on hair though I still need to wash it)
Now besides the buildup of dead skin I just wake up throw on the same clothes, occasionally change to fresh ones and go to work. Same thing happens, nobody has a problem being around me. I have someone who says hi to me when they see me and I don't even respond. Several people have been standing right next to me, older female co-workers touch me. I don't even comb my hair. And there are people my age who have already been fired.
Maybe I smell musty and its not noticeable, but whatever my BO is. It just isn't rancid but probably still there. Although to me, besides my pits and crotch my skin smells like the last lotion I put on it.
