I'm Polish though I've been in the UK for 5 years now and did English/History A-levels so my English is quite good. Basically I got fired for taking a sick day and now need to find a job before my mother catches on as to avoid living hell until I find another job.

I do however the official reason is that I've been fired for not calling in on the day (I was on the shitter all day with no credit on my phone, called at 7am next morning) but because I was late twice (in a month of working there) before they made it into a big deal. I don't really give two fucks about the job though, I was gonna quit after the summer anyway but I don't want to cause me or my mum grief.
