>NEET for 1 week
>Parents screaming at me to get a job or enrol in university again
>Have applied for 2 jobs and waiting for replies
>Not enough, Mum wants me to print out 3 jobs and show them to her
>Dad took me down to the defence force to speak with a recruiter about getting a job in the army
>They won't stop comparing me to my brother who studies "all the time and so well"
>They wont stop comparing me to the "other people my age"
>Reassure me every day that I'm wasting my life and if I don't act quick I'll be worthless and forever unemployable
>I've been a NEET for maybe a little over 1 week and I'm 20 years old
As a fellow n33t, I'd say it's a little to early for you to give up. If college/study are out of the question then trying out the wagie lyf may be a good idea. If it doesn't suit you after a year or two then neet away my friend.
You cant be a neet for a week, faggot.
Stop living with your parents then you useless cunt, their house, their rules.

You really need to apply to more jobs. You'll get more rejections than interviews in any case, with two applications on the go you're pretty much guaranteed to fail.
I do find it hard to believe that they're mad at you for being NEET for a week? Did you just drop out of university or get fired or something?

The semester ended but I did poorly and said I didn't want to continue this course. My parents literally think the lowest of low, the most average normie person ever has a job (or enrolled in university and doing well), a car and a circle of friends.

They're being harsh, but they're ultimately right. You're at a crossroads, I'd advise you not to fall into the /r9k/ trap of giving up and resenting normal life. If you want to get them off your back, ensure them that you're looking for jobs/another course, which you should be anyway.

I definitely don't want to be a NEET forever, but everytime I get reassured how worthless I am it doesn't make me want to look for a job
