I enjoy this kind of fetish (if it's a fetish, I'm not sure what to call it given that it's not entirely out of the norm)
For me it combines the uncommon assumption that the woman would take care of you and show you affection you never experienced as a child. At the same time, because you know the affection is there, you aren't trying to play a character outside of yourself.
