Yeah. I get about 3 hours of sleep a night. It is quite night because you are always calm, relaxed, and have energy only when you really need it.

A few times a month I just will not be tired and will stay up for days. I'm on 51 hours no sleep atm

On stims going 40+ hours is easy. I then crash for a cool 20 hours. I am actually very proud of my body for taking my sleep debt into account.
