I only get tinnitus in absolute dead silence so i usually have a fan running or a tv on. I go weeks at a time without noticing.

My closet faggot band director in high school loved cramming our massive marching band into the tiny bandroom for practice. The trumpets sat in the middle, surrounded by over 100 people blasting, from wall to wall. My ears made that crackling when you get hearing damage. I should've walked out and quit. But I stayed all 4 years like a spineless cuck. I'm lucky my tinnitus is mild.
