But I have been improving. Last Summer my hot girlfriend of 3 years broke up with me. I was in ruins. I had a shitty job, was 70lbs overweight, and just was not happy. I literally just gave up on life. But I steadily started improving myself. I started slow, usually something small is all it takes for a man to start wanting to self improve. I went out an bought cologne for the first time in my life and started watching youtube channels on what cologne men should wear. I started caring about how I smelled, From starting to wear cologne I decided to go on a diet. I than strarted exercising, went out more, and tried to reconnect more with old guy friends. So fast forward 9 months later. I'm down 40lbs. I still have a shitty job , but I've been to more interviews this year than I have ever combined and I've been handing my resume in to bunch of places. I make it a point to meet up with friends atleast once a week. I go outside and keep busy, even if I'm just by myself and walking a park or just going for a drive around town. I went and spent 500 dollars on a new wardrobe for myself, tighter fitting clothes that just make me feel better about myself. My cologne collections is growing. I started brushing my teeth again and washing my face every night with acne wash. So right now I feel more human than I've had in a long long time.
Sure I still have some ways to go, I need to get a good job and maybe a girlfriend in the future , hopefully hotter than my ex but might be hard to do.
