I wrote this today. It's not perfect, and might still need some more work, but it should speed up work significantly.
Also, creating wiki code automatically would be a bad idea, because people change parties, and some memebers have different party names, so this requires manual cleanup, but a script that would create a memeber list in wiki source code can be created with a bit of work.
I wish I had a good idea to automate creating seat graphs.
