You won't die a painful death of fulminant liver failure from a single dose of 6g of acetaminophen. Do it a few days in a row? you'll do some damage, but not irreversible. As long as you're a decent size male your liver can take more than the recc'd 4g a day, just not as a rule as 4g a day is still bad for months at a time.
A one time shot with 6g is not going to cause you to get permanent liver failure. If you're worried about it still, do a Cold Water Extraction and pull the tylenol out. I advise this ONLY if you know what the fuck youre doing and don't waste Hydrocodne in the process, because the dose of 142.5mg will probably be lethal to a non-tolerant user. If you lose 20-30% doing a CWE, 100mg might not.
Take em all at once with some NON-DROWSY dramamine (50-100mg). Its called Meclizine generic. take that 30 minutes before so you dont barf up all the pills.
If you're STILL worried about liver failure, buy some N-Acetyl-Cysteine from a health food store and take like 10g of that shit. It is the stuff used to treat acetaminophen poisoning in hospitals and will reverse any damage.

for recreational purposes 100mg will be the opposite of fun with low tolerance. It'll be a puke fest for hours and slobbering all over your keyboard. Not sure what the question is but i hope i covered it. Stick with what your tolerance is and go up 20-25% for a good time, given you take them on a daily basis.
Again, N-Acetyl-Cysteine saved me from the hospital so many times from aceta poisoning. Look into that if you're scared. 15%+$ is worth avoiding a hospital visit and peace of mind. Also, even worse, getting found out by being hospitalized and placed in a psych ward for possible suicide attempt by tylenol overdose. How embarrassing.

I'm almost thirty now but what I've found is that getting the right mix of diet, exercise, sleep, safe feeling, and social activity is what brings me closest to feeling "normal". Of course, if I could achieve any of those things with regularity on my own I wouldn't be here. That being said, I really believe that life balance works in a way that alcohol, CBT, DBT, and ChemDep treatment didn't.
Also, cardio. When I've been able to get my heart race racing through exercise to the point where I have felt like I was about to die, I found that super helped me.
But I'm back in the shit now. I went from getting off the best eight months of my life to kinda, sorta, not really trying to hang myself. (And fucking up my neck in the process).
