I know your feel bro. I used to look like a chad and fuck around like one. But then I got injured playing rugby and tore a knee ligament. Haven't been able to exercise properly since cause of recurring knee pains being too much.
That was six years ago. Been putting on weight ever since and just can't keep it off without being able to exercise all the time like I used to. Lost my confidence with people in general because of it and getting fat and have been single ever since and now I have fuck all. NEET, Don't have any friends left I ever reg speak to, have no interest in women anymore and just stuck with being obese and taunted by knowing I used to look so much better before. It fucking sucks having a decent frame and having seen it all go to shit.

I played competitively for my university team, fucking loved it and generally anything rough that I could just run about throwing myself into people. ACL injury is quite often a career-ending one even for professionals with a whole physio team around them. As an amateur and a student I had no chance, couldn't afford proper therapy/aftercare beyond emergency care too so it's just fucked me really.
I've tried pills on and off and intermittent fasting before which worked for a while but it never works in the long-term it'll just come back again without being able to exercise off the extra calories. Could stick to upper body weights, but I'd probs end up looking like a hench wheelchair user without the wheelchair which I really don't want. Can't afford non-shit food either on bennies and the fuckers keep sanctioning me for turning down jobs I can't do cause of my knee.
