Longest I have ever gone in my life without showering. It may have been more than a month now. It's about time I do though, as I'm starting to itch. Turns out showering is a meme though, not something that must strictly be done all the time for health reasons.

I used to insist on showering before I went outside, but even that was too hard. I realized nobody cares as long as you don't stink too bad. Deodorant, the right shirt and a quick rinse is all it takes. Maybe a hat to cover up greasy hair.

2 days, I don't shower on weekends usually, only if my balls are particularly ripe.

I do rinse my hair though

I really only shower once a month.

And I just changed my underwear for the first time in a month.

The smell felt like it burnt my nose hair.

I usually shower and wash 5 or 6 times a day. Immediately after I get up, before going to work, immediately after coming back from work, before going to the gym, immediately after going to the gym, then before I go to bed, with another before and after I go out between work and the gym.
