I fell alseep eventually and woke up without any fear.
I think that night was extremely childish from me, but the fear was more than real. I actually felt some sort of presence in my room which I feel from time to time.

I have no fucking clue how to get over this.
I have sort of an irrational fear of bugs and deep sea creatures. Bugs sort of makes sense as it's most likely a natural defense from possibly poisonous bugs. The deep sea thing I have no idea where I got it. When I was younger I remember being afraid of swimming in the dark, especially at the deeper parts of the pool. I still get a little frantic about it even though I know there's nothing in the water. I think it sprouts from the thought of descending into the deep, being hopelessly lost and drowning. I had a fear of death at some point and it was keeping me up at night but now I kind of cope with it by thinking they'll make some sort of solution in the future.

Haha, holy shit dude. My shitty neighborhood has a bit of a roach problem so occasionally I'll see them in my upstairs bathroom (not in the shower ofc). I used to use one of those handheld dust vacuums to clean them up, but there's no disposable container, you just dump the contents into your trash can from the inside part so I had one roach alive in it for like 2 weeks. Shit was horrifying. I decided to man up after seeing that flushing wasn't an option (as it would just transfer them to the sewer system and through time to other houses). Now if they're the more grown ones I'll just grab it with some dishwashing gloves and tear it in half. It's fucking disgusting and I don't feel clean even after washing my hands once or twice, but it's better than knowing it's lurking around. Also, I don't have sea sickness but I probably wouldn't want to peer over the rail of a high up boat.

Recently I've become terrified of the prospect of dying and just ceasing to exist, and how soon it will come to pass. I'm not terminally ill or anything, it just seems like a human's lifespan, even maximised, is really short.
It gets you to look at certain events from a different perspective, events with long-term repercussions, future technological advancements, etc. Doesn't seem worth caring about.
I think the main reason for it is that I'm already 20 and do not really see myself doing anything with my life, I must've wasted a year and a half or more on practically nothing but 4chan already. I'm very young but already it seems like time's running out and I'm just wasting it.

A doctor might be able to help with an antipsychotic. They work, but are not without side effects. Worth a shot. It worked for me. I still have problems sometimes but they're not as bad as before.
Tooth decay fills me actual legitimate existential terror. I've got bad teeth and will probably require dentures before I'm 40. Tooth gore is literal nightmare fuel. Worst thing is that I'm broke as fuck and can't afford treatment, in the US where tooth problems aren't even considered 'medical.'
I wish there was some pill I could take that would make all my teeth fall out again, and grow new ones in like when I was young.

My fear is getting my throat cut. I inherited that from my mother who is the same. I sleep with my neck wrapped in a blanket. I always look down from anxiety thinking about people coming from behind and cutting my throat. In a car I can't have anyone out of my peripheral from fear they will cut my throat. Getting buzzed/drunk makes this go away so you won't find me in public sober.
