Start writing a dairy op. Write it everyday before going to bed no matter what. Write down everything from your feelings to when you took a shit and how many times.

Meanwhile try to work online from home or try writing fan fiction. If you watch videos or movies all day try making reviews of whatever you watch/play. Keep doing this for a few years and you will venerate some income at least, then you will have some confidence and might have the courage to get a hooker.

Make the best of what time you have left.

Try working out, I do it and it helps me a lot.
