Not having sex when you are a teenager has real impact in your self esteem for life if that's what you mean by point of no return, you missed out something important.
You can still make it in the adult world, will just be more difficult and you're more likely to end up only with used up whores, but other than that there's nothing to worry about until you become a wizard.
