I don't know how I feel about marriage. It seems like a bit of a silly concept. I might ask her if she wants to try having kids in a year or two, though. I'm expecting a promotion at work soon.

I'm definitely grateful to have her but I also know she isn't perfect. In the past, I've had reservations about making a lifelong commitment to staying with her. But like I said, I'm feeling like I could ask her to have children in a year or two, so I'm getting there. That kind of request is basically equivalent to a marriage proposal.
