I hate taking showers. Don't get me wrong, I understand the importance of hygiene and I try to stay on top of it but I absolutely hate the process. I hate having to get undressed, stand in the shower, soap up, wash hair, shave etc then get dry again, get dressed, deal with hair, teeth, ears, nails, etc.
I don't even use soap

This is my exact feel. I keep it at a minimum and only shower when sticky or sometimes brush in under 30 seconds.

Haven't showered in 10 days. When I was a teenager I was incredibly depressed and stopped taking care of myself.
I un-learned self care habits and never really got them back. I understand that humans need to bathe to keep clean, I just can' be fucking bothered because I don't go outside so whats the point.
