Not correct. While ENTJs are more action orientated INTJs are still far more action oriented than most types. In fact I've heard them be described as the masters of actions as Ni/Te is perfect for knowing what to do and how.
On top of that ENTJs are also very physical people. It's incorrect to think of a tertiary function as a third function, it's more of 2.5th function, or as Carl Jung (the inventor of the theory that MBTI came from) said, we have two auxiliary functions, and the ENTJs third biggest function is Se which is literally the physical awareness function. This was a problem for me in my most turbulent adolescent years. I was never much of a narcissist, I actually had an inferiority complex. Though I viewed certain people as piss-retarded (not a far-fetched assumption considering how vile some people can become when subject to group mentality) I still suffered from the big fish little pond effect. I've learned to compare myself less to others as time went on.
This image raises some interesting points, but to say that it's the "truth" when the MBTI itself is unverifiable makes its creator come off as more complacent than his proclaimed typical INTJs. It goes without saying that he must have been buttmad as well to create it.
