What do you think the meaning/purpose of this existence is, if you think there is one, anyway...or how do you get through life, as in what keeps you going?

Camus already figured this out for us. Life must be about struggling to attain the heights of our capabilities. There can never be any point or goal because once we reach it, we feel unfulfilled. The point of life then is not a state or a condition, but the living action of seeking a higher and better existence. If you are doing this, you will be fulfilled. if you are not, you will be empty.
Worrying about where it will all end up gets you nothing. no answers come from that, only questions.

yes, exactly. you must live each moment of your life as a struggle to attain glory, greatness, joy, goodness, fame, love, or whatever you value most. Even if you are unhappy and even if you fail, the fulfillment will be worth it.
