there is no way to compare europe's immigration with european colonialism. the latter is conquer of a people who cant even work land, domesticate animals or grow larger than 500 individuals per community(save for central amerindians) basically not humans if you consider the sociological requirements for civilization.
now europe's immigration could be better compared with rome's fall. A well established, most advanced civilization in the world being overrun by barbarians. This time not because of an inside political crisis per se but because of the politically correct age coupled with white guilt
